I have received ONI from Ontario yesterday, and I am very seriously considering to apply as soon as possible. However, I find the requirement for work experience reference letter to be a bit of a let-down. I have worked in 2013 for close to a year at a firm and then left for a master's program. Ever since 2017, I have worked at my current employer for 3 years. It would be difficult for me to obtain a reference letter from my previous employer especially with all the detailed work duties required. Will it be sufficient to only submit a reference letter from my current employer? I am only claiming points for the most recent 3 years to satisfy the 67 points requirement. I do understand that I will need to submit a resume with the application, should I remove my work experience at my previous employer?
