Work Experience Question

When filling out work experience in EE profile, is it necessary to include more than 20 years job experience? I'm an older applicant who has about 24 years of work experience outside Canada and within Canada. Just wondering if all of that is necessary. Most of the experience is related to the NOC I'm applying under, but some of it isn't.

No. Only include jobs that you need for points or for eligibility.

You will need to get reference letters for each job you include, so this is why you want to avoid including more than is necessary.
