Work experience question

First off, I apologize if this question has been asked already and my search of this forum was not thorough enough.

Anyway, I am a bit unsure about the work experience requirements listed on the CIC site and am hoping some of you are able to clarify for me.

My situation is as follows:
I was employed at an IT company (let's call them Company A) for just over 2 years and during that time I was seconded to Company B. After the 2 years, I made a switch to Company B and have been working there now for about 10 months. Combined it has been more than 3 years since I started my job at Company A. I want to claim work experience for both companies, so 3 years total.

I have 2 questions about this situation:
- Can I claim the work experience for Company B, even though technically I have not worked there for a full year yet (since the other 2 years I was only seconded there)?
- When I made the switch, I decided to end my contract with Company A 3 days before the start date of my contract with Company B, so I wouldn't have to use vacation days for a few personal errands. Will this be a problem? The CIC site talks about continuous work experience and technically I was unemployed for 3 days, although I had already signed the new contract.

Thanks in advance!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - Yes.
2 - You only need one year of continuous full-time experience to be eligible under the FSW, after completing such requirement you can add all other work experience even if there are gaps for CRS points.
