Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello,

One of my past three employers is not being cooperative at all when it comes to the employment verification letter. It took me three weeks to convince them to list my duties on the letter but now they are flat out refusing to add the number of hours I worked per week and contact information. They have just listed contact information for the HR department in case there are any questions. Will explaining this situation in a letter of explanation suffice?

Thanks in advance!

nope few points which are listed by CIC should be there in order to claim your experience.
like hours, benefits, salary, job duties and role, your name, employer or HR signature, company address , logo, email, fax , telephone number and all those things should be there according to standard.....

Your letter of explanation will work fine as long as you support and prove you worked for that company with your pay stubs and t4 from that employer. CIC is aware that some employers deny giving the letter.
