Work Experience Query

I have total 15 years of experience. However few of my organization have shut down like Kingfisher Airlines etc.. I have last 4 years work experience all documents like reference letter, appointment letter, pay stubs, form 16 etc. I will be claiming points for last 3-4 years only for CRS. Should I still show other previous experience for which I do not have reference letters?
Since I am claiming CRS points for only Last 3-4 years should I just keep it 3-4 years of experience?

If you are not claiming points for work experience, include them in personal history section.
