Work Experience - Proof

Hi,

As several people have previously mentioned in this forum, my ex-company(Infosys) refused to provide me detailed work experience letter. I can ask one of my managers to provide me a reference letter however I cannot meet any of them in person at the moment.

My question here is, does CIC accept scanned copy of the document? I can get the documents couriered but if scanned copies are accepted why take the pain.

Also what evidence is necessary to establish my Canadian work experience.

If you are applying Online e.g. under Express Entry, then you would require only the scan copy of the reference letter.
However, you need to make sure that you obtain the Hard copy later as this may be asked later on.

Scanned copies are accepted and I don't see any issue with this as long as the person giving reference is available on email or phone for any background checks from CIC.

For Canada experience, need offer letter, WP, letter of employment, work exp letter, T4 and pay stubs.
