Work experience of minimum 6 months to apply for EOI. Help please

Hello.
I am a student of Winnipeg. My program which is of one year, comprises of 3 terms beginning September 2015. I have finished and cleared two of them successfully. The third one happens to be a coop term where I am required to work full time for a minimum of 6 weeks in the period May-August 2016 to pass the term and thereby the program. Now the query is
1. if I commence my said coop in May itself and complete it in June mid or end and happen to find a full-time job in July, will my 6 months of permanent full-time employment begin in July or will I have to wait until September to count the 6 month period to apply for an EOI?
2. If I go ahead with the above and apply for PNP 6 months after July instead of September, will it pose a problem for the PNP application?
3. What is the proof of the 6 months of employment? Is it a letter from the employer stating that this guy had started working with us since so and so OR a letter stating that this guy has worked here for the past 6 months and continues to work here. Which one?

I would appreciate if you guided me with this. Thank you

Hello abdisarockstar,

Your date of employment should reflect in your employment letter and that answer your question.

Insofar,your program finishes in June and you are gainfully employment in July then your six month will terminate Jan 2017 and you can apply for EOI if that is the rule.
