Work experience of current employer for SNIP

I have 9+ years of IT experience. It is not possible for me to get the reference letter from my current employer.
i. Can I upload appointment letter and claim points?
ii. I am working here since 2 years, so shall i skip mentioning it completely in work experience section since i dont have the reference letter?
Please advise.
