Work Experience not proved - What will happen?

to cut the long story short, I have 17 months of experience in a company were i didn't finish off on good terms. Thus, i was handed a work letter, in Arabic, not mentioning duties, nor average weekly hours, nor gross salary, and back then i wasn't planning an immigration to Canada. So can't get anything now from them.

I have submitted a certified translation of the work letter, and also a letter explaining the situation, and attached as evidences some articles that mentioned my position at that company, and also some linkedin recommendations from colleagues and vendors i worked with during my tenure there.

My question is as follows:

- How does my case sound?
- If they don't see my case valid, will these affect my score? I have 70 months of experience without this company. Which is 2 months under the needed to get 6 years of experience score.
- If my score is affected, will my whole case for Ontario & Canada FSW in general be negatively affected?

If job duties, weekly working hours, monthly/yearly salary, benefits and duration is not me tioned on your letter, i'd suggest you to remove this from your work experience and put it under your personal history cause you will not get any points and this can also make your case look week.

In EE, you need a maximum of 3years of experience to get highhest score for your work experience provided your ielts is clb9 in all modules.

If job duties, weekly working hours, monthly/yearly salary, benefits and duration is not me tioned on your letter, i'd suggest you to remove this from your work experience and put it under your personal history cause you will not get any points and this can also make your case look week.

yes my ielts score is clb9, and if i should take your advice now (already got a PT and submitted my papers), wouldn't my case look even weaker that I changed my work history AFTER getting a PT?

I would suggest you not to worry about this unpleasently ended work experience; If you have an authentic 70 months of experience (excluding this one) then don't bother claiming points through this job; only mention it in work experience and personal history ;

Select the primary NOC as of your 70 month job and provide Letter of explanation that you are only claiming points through it and not this or any other job of yours!
