Work Experience (Not for points) should I delete it?

I'm very conflicted on whether or not to delete some work experience that I currently have in my profile knowing that it doesn't add any more points.

I had 2 Co-op jobs amounting to 16 months of experience, and I was a teaching assistant through out my bachelor's degree (About 6 school terms and 9 courses in total). I have all pay stubs and tax papers, but getting reference letters for those has proven slightly difficult. (Especially the TA positions since it's technically 9 jobs).

What would you guys advise? Should I keep it in my EE profile or should I take it down? If I do take it down should I add it to personal history if I do get an ITA?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you take it down, you will have to add it to your personal history. If you don't get points for it and you're going to struggle to prove it, remove it and comment on it in your LOE.

Thanks kryt0n! I would give you a +1 but 168 hours haven't passed since the last time I up-voted one of your comments.

My concerns are:
1- I've had it in my previous profile.
2- I still have a lot of documentation for each job(paystubs, reference letters - lacking some info, job offers, T4s, NOA.. etc) . Adding it in personal history would I be provided with a place to upload the documentation?
3- Can I write more than one LOE? (Again is there a place in the online application to upload these?) I applied for a PGWP before my study permit expired but it took 5 month to get it meanwhile I found a job and started working. So for almost 3 months I was working on implied status so I would need to explain that.

1. Won't be a problem, especially if you explain it
2. You don't add any documents for work you don't have in work experience (no proof needed for personal history)
3. You can add one LOE for each section, just merge it with other docs into one LOE each, alternatively have a well sectioned single LOE :)

2. UGGGHHH... I spent an enormous amount of time gathering documents, contacting people, writing strongly worded emails (when I don't get my way) and drafting reference letters. :'(

3. I guess I better start drafting a couple of LOE. Writing properly sectioned and structured letters is definitely not my strong suit.

I tried deleting the experience from my profile but they are still updating my changes from the weekend so I can't submit just yet. I will try again later on tonight.

Thanks again for helping me with the decision Kryt0n! ;D

Ah sorry dude, anything you don't claim points for you don't have to "prove". If you think you have enough evidence then you could put them in work experience, however if they don't get you points and it's not enough proof, it'll likely just delay the processing time.

I had ALL my side jobs, temp jobs, EVERY job in work experience, now there's only 3 entries :D I'll just explain in my LOE that I don't have sufficient evidence to back them up and/or they don't count towards CICs definition of skilled work :D. My Canada folder is half what it used to be (but could still bruise a foot if dropped on it!)

I'm going from 14 rows down to 2! At the bottom of the LOE I'll write "You're welcome for downsizing my application size" :p (I think I'd actually get rejected if I did that)

Don't over exaggerate! It's an online application and I guarantee everything can fit in a mere USB stick.

Nah, looks more impressive in a physical folder :p I get to show off my paperwork skills to my friends :D

Hi everyone,

I have similar issue. I am student in Canada and did summer internship for 4 months in may-august 2016, and I am now just started working as RA (5 hours per week) at university). I have not indicated this internship in EE application, and now after ITA (received January 23rd 2017) I am conflicted on whether and how to include this? If I do not include internship and RA , will that be considered misinterpretation?

Please adviceee

Comment in LOE? I'm confused!
I thought LOE is the letter from latest employer in Canada? Which should refer to the same job and same employer?
So, you just comment it in LOE, but the record isn't found in work history?

I thought LOE is Letter of Explanation. but I am also confused after you brought that up. Although I have seen places in the forum where LOE definitely referred to Letter of Explanation, because they were talking about explaining details on various topics, such as Proof of funds and etc.

But I am confused now

LOE is a letter of explanation. I personally split my LOE to three sections to describe and explain certain things in my application. In terms of reference letters from employers, there will be a place holder to submit a document for every position you listed in your work history section. The Document name should be "Employment Records - <position title>". In this slot you should upload any proof for that employment, including reference letters, T4, NOE, paystubs..etc.
