Hi ...
I can apply as federal skilled worker based on the NOC code : 0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers , the link is here for all titles : http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Vi...

My occupations the companies I worked for were managing computer networks and managing and designing websites and other applications , si I can pick "computer networks manager" title , but the question here : for the websites and applications thing , should I pick "computer programs manager" title or "computer applications manager" ? or what do you people advice here for picking the appropriate title .... I'm sorry here for making the post long and maybe bothering question , but don't know where else to ask

For the main duties : http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Qu... , as you see here in the link , the main duties are so few , and some of them are not the duties I work on , can I write other duties I work on , or the duties mentioned in the applications from should be as the ones as in the link above exactly ? Please I need this to be so clear so I can provide accurate and legal information when filling my applications form , and some recommendations "if available" ...

Thank you very much.

Thanks for the response ...
sorry but still unclear here for me , should I restrict myself with the duties they provide in the link and include the duties I work on ? or the duties should be the same ones as in the link above and other different duties are unacceptable ? because the duties I work on in my company are similar to those in the link , not exactly like them.

Thank You

Thats fine if your job descriptions are match with CIC link. if the duties are mix then it is show that you are not copying from CIC link

Thanks , but you didn't get my point well I guess ...
I mean there are duties I work on , different from the duties they provided in the link , if I write the duties that are different from the ones they provided in the link , is this ok ? or would it be unacceptable and then refused ? OR the duties I write in the application should exactly match the ones in the link ... that's what I mean

Please Help with this , I'm stuck at this point now , and I need to send my application ASAP!
You should mention all the duties you actually perform at work.
You must perform substantial including major duties (not all) in a particular NOC, to qualify

I need to include the duties I work on , and duties mentioned in the NOC code

So I understand that I should include the duties I perform at work AND some of the duties provided in the NOC code , right ?
Or one duty that is not mentioned in the NOC code would be unacceptable and rejected ?

I guess you need to fulfill at least some of the "main" duties listed under 0213. Managing your day to day work would not qualify. It is more from a people/project management point of view.

You should be performing a minimum of 70-75 % of duties listed on the HRSDC website in order to be eligible provided you can validate it later with a letter from your employer. If you want to write more then its your call it will not harm but make sure 70-75% duties you perform and you can provide documentary evidence in form of original reference letter from your employer
