Work experience letters

Hi guys

I today received an NOI from Ontario..

I am going to start getting everything ready to apply but am stuck on a few things -

It mentions in the supporting documents section you need to upload detailed employment reference for ALL jobs in the past 10 years? My understanding is that this was only necessary for jobs you are gaining points for in your express entry profile? Or do I need to provide full letters from EVERY job I had for the last 10 years? My current job is not an issue but this maybe a little tricky for previous jobs main reason being I am residing abroad!

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm in a similar situation - I'm not claiming points for all the jobs I had in the last 10 years and I don't have reference letters for all od them. So for those jobs, I've attached offer letters, promotion letters and contracts and explained why I was doing that in my OINP application.

My application is still under assessment so I don't know if my strategy will work. I'll keep you posted. Meanwhile gather every piece of paper you've for your old job and look through them for all relevant stuff.
