What is the difference between Experience letter vs. Reference letter. I got an ITA, now I am collecting all the required documents. I have an experience letters from my previous employers and those letters doesn’t include my job duties. I have reached out to my colleagues who worked with me with those clients, to get a letter from them including my job duties. I am also including my tax returns and Pay stubs.

Those all the documents will be enough to prove my experience, or do I need any other documents?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

On this forum both terms may be used interchangeably. What you need in an experience / reference letter is clearly defined on CIC wesbite.

Here is the brief summary ... do look up the details on CIC website. Guess googling should not be a big issue
You need a letter from your organization on organization letter head with clear contact details of Organization
You need to have job duties on the letter. This is what they will use to validate your NOC
You need to have work hours defined on the letter
You need to have salary details on this letter. If your company doesn't give salary details on the letter than you can use pay stubs as a substitute.

If you can get everything in one letter there is no additional document needed.
