work experience letter

hi,
Is it OK if i get my work experience letter signed from an associate HR personnel? Also is there any specific format that is generally followed and do we need to specify roles and responsibility of each and every designation?

Dear nitroxn

this is a very complicated part. very difficult to predict what they think and assess. I provided them a genuine experience letter on my office letter head supporting 3 reference letters of my colleague with their business cards. My department head certified my job experience. despite all these, I have received a letter from singapore office today that I have provided fraudulent experience certificate. how did they inquire.....I dont know. I work in this organization for past two years and my total career is 7 years in the same industry.

How they inquire then? on what basis? only they know it.......

at least we dont expect such activity from educated immigration officers like them...

its really shocking......

What was the format of your letter like. did you supply any official documents, letters like employee contracts, salary increments or promotion letters to support your experience.
