Work Experience Letter

Dear Friends,

I am working in a private comapany. Company's core business is Software & Application developing across the Qatar country.. company also have branch in Saudi & Jordan. Myself working as a Network engineer for one of the semi government company in Qatar. My comapany (software developing company) have total 25 engineer in Semi government company as a Resident engineer in Networking field as well as software field. now from where I have to take my Experience letter.. I am guessing I have to take it from My comapny who sponsored visa to me (Software company). my semi government comapny dont have anything in record of me. just they have one employee ID for me and every month Bills to my sponsored comapny.. is it ok to have experience letter from my sponsored comapny (Sofware). I can do following variation:-

1. one letter from my sponsored comapny (software one)
2. Joint Signature on experience letter of both comopanies IT manager & HR
3. one experience letter from sponsored comapny & one letter from Semi government company....

Do i need HR signature also on experience letter..

It sounds as if you are a consultant from the private company who is working on a project for the government organization in Qatar. In such circumstances, your salary and working hours are determined by the company who sent you and therefore you will need them to provide you with the letter. If you want, you can attach an additional letter from the government company where your specific duties are noted by the supervising manager. Just make sure in your letter of explanation you describe the situation clearly.
