Work Experience Letter

Dear Experts,

I am working in a organization in 3 positions for last 8 years.

1.Should I collect different experience letters for different positions ?
2.Previous supervisors are no more present in this organization.What should I do now?
3.Is job experience letter from supervisor enough ? or Is it required from HR ?

1 - no need to collect different exp letter (try to get exp for that job which is in NOC)
2 - take last supervisor letter
3 - supervisor letter is fine but on company letter head with seal
