Hi guys,
I have a simple question regarding the work proof letter for my current company:
The CIC instructions (see quote below) seem to say that either the 'immediate supervisor' or the 'personnel officer' (presumably referring to HR) can sign the letter.
I interpret this to mean that a letter written and signed by my supervisor and printed on official letterhead is perfectly acceptable? (The letter is therefore not issued by HR)
Thank you.

show all positions held while employed at the company
include these details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.
