Work experience in NOC 0122..banking, credit and investment managers

My noc is 0122 banking operation manager. I have spent 12 years in baking operations. As teller, cash officer, fund transfer and now Operation manager. But I have just been operations manager for 3 years. Can I claim all the 12 year experienced in banking even when I only work for 3 year as operation manager. Will be wrong if I choose 5 years and above work ezperience
