I was promoted in a company from a Software Engineer - 1 (SDE-1) position to Software Engineer - 2 (SDE-2) position. Only the salary changed, rest everything is identical.
My HR has given me a work experience letter which mentions both these positions in the letter along with the dates during which I worked in these positions.
However, the salary, full-time, 40hrs+ are all mentioned only for the time I left the company (i.e. when I was an SDE-2)
Can someone tell me how to handle this? I was thinking of creating 2 entries in my work experience section (one for SDE1 and one for SDE2) and uploading the same experience letter for both. But this might have a problem that the salary and hours are not mentioned for SDE1.
Please help!
