Work experience - help urgent

Hi,

I have a valid experience as per NOC specified, but my employer (ISP - Internet Service Provider) was dissolved in 2008. I have all necessay documents needed for immigration like experience certificate with job description, job offer letter and so. Moving forward, I don't know how to put up the case if company doesnot exist today. As per the requirement, it is mandatory to submit experience letter with complete job description and bussiness card of signatory for confirmation, but in my case bussiness card is too old to validate.

I will really appreciate to have guidance in this regard and do appreciate if someone with same situation can share his/her case.

You can file Affidavit for the duties u performed..but it upto VO/IO to accept your written declaration...

In my case affidavit was accepted..

@account - I have a query just to enhance my knowledge base.

I have finance manager experence from all of my employer since beginning of my career.

I have given self declaration for all the past employer and affidavit for the current employer but suddenly I realised that I need to provide at least one proof for my job duties on company letter head along with business card of the person signing.

So I requested my current employer/immeidate boss to provide reference letter on company letter head.

I think we must insist on providing reference letter otherwise we can authenticate the responsibilities we perform.

Your views pls.

Is it the job that you are applying under like 0111 or 0213, or is it an experience for points.

1.) Describe the situation in covere letter

2.)Provide all documents that you can to prove your employment like Appointment letter, confirmation letter, Salary slips, releiving letter, Any training certificates, recommendation letter etc

3.) For Job responsibilities Please describe it your self ( may be in a affidavit)

It is based on VO discretion to analyze and award you points but I think you should be ok

Hi

I have Total 4 year of exp out last 6 year but when I have 2 year GAp in between as , I went to UK on HSMP and did not get a regular Job for 2 years

But I came back to India and got a Job now , I want to apply for canada PR on 0213

Now the qus is , ll they count my past 6-2 = 4 year exp to award point

Or I have to work for continiously 4 year again to gain point for exp to apply for CANADA

ll they count my past 6

You will get exp for your four years of Exp, provided all your jobs were in category 0, A or B in NOC list. You need atleast 1 year in 0213 and rest 3 years expereince can be in category 0, A or B. To have more information on category 0, A or B please read
