work experience (Help required from all experts )

Hello,

i submitted aa application a few months ago for Provincial nominee program by "Online application" .
and i got rejection email from authorities within a month (they reject my application within a month in pre-scanning applications process ),

authorities said, ur 2-years full time work experience letter was not giving us full information etc.. and said, if u wana again apply then u have to submit a new application with a new account.

now the situation is that i have disconnected with my employer due to very personal reasons and now i am sure neither he will make a new better work experience certificate for me nor verify my experience letter to embassy .


i would like to know that can i make some other company experience letter and will authorities tally my new application work experience letter with previous one ? or i must have to submit the same company experience letter which i had submitted in my pre-scanning rejected application


and briefly guide me how does immigration authorities verify the work experience of applicants ?

i am very disturb , kindly help me.
