I have worked as F&B trainee manager in the US. I have also done all managerial tasks relating to my position. The question is, will this position be fallen into skilled category? I also have reference letters from my managers mentioning few managerial experiences. but, nothing mentions about my salary. for other documents, I have work evaluation sheet, employee ID and letter from sales reps. who i dealt with (Sysco). I added some work related email communication to prove my work experiences. Some of my emails mention about my salary.
