Work experience for mpnp

I am a vendor(dairy business)thus self employed since 2008.is it sufficient for me to declare work experience on my firm letterhead. I am confused

confused on what, they require for maximum of 5 years and ur more than that self, and u already got LAA, so whats wrong, y worry, al u just need to to upload ur job reference letter and ur employment letter under employment when ur filling ur application, simple
