Work Experience for FSW

I have an work experience of 3 Years in a reputed company, the questions are

1. I am not able to get a exp letter, but i am able to get a bonafide certificate stating the work experience but with a reason, what reason would be suitable ? i have thought of bank loan, please suggest, anyway ill write a letter stating the reason for not getting one.

2. I have lost the appointment letter but the organisation has one (photocopy), if i submit the photocopy and i if i was asked to submit the original, what should i do ? should i get the photocopy attested by my org stating this will serve as the original.

3. My organisation was recently aquired and the letter heads are changing, my initial salary slips containg XYZ and the later part holds ABC, should i get a proof for this?

4. apart from this i have all months salary slips, Tax slips, Tax FORM 16 and Performance review letter, performance appraisal letters,offer letter, Bank Guarantee issued by me for Bond, Refereal by co workers and Leads. will this help ?...please suggest

Even in case of Bonafide Certificate, Company might not be willing to write your roles & responsibilities, therefore it won't carry any value if you can prove your designation, period of employment, working hours and salary by submitting other official documents such as offer letter, employment contract, salary slips, tax slips etc. If you still want to get Bonafide Certificate, then you may tell you company that you are going to apply for visit visa of Canada in the Canadian Embassy located in your home country. In any case, you must submit a written explanation why you are not able to submit the reference letter in required format.

If you have any other proof to show the required information, then you consider to submit that proof. If not, then submit a photocopy and attach a written explanation stating that you don't have original document for this and that reason therefore you are not able to produce original document if it would be required by visa office.

You must submit a proof showing that your company has been acquired by so and so company on this date. This proof could be a newsletter, website announcement, news in the newspaper, et.

You can submit salary slips, tax slips, tax forms, performance review letter, performance appraisal letter, offer letter employment contract etc. to support your application.
