Hi,
I have a peculiar question for the more knowledgeable members here, I recently filled my PR profile under the Express entry stream, I have a CRS score of 448 (not too bad I hope!). The question I want to pose to you all is this, I have been working with this Company that basically deals in the energy sector since 2015, but the company was registered in 2016, I have been with them since the beginning and I am wondering if that one year before the company was registered can be counted or not.
My boss Has no objection to me asking for reference letter from the date I joined i.e. 2015 (He thinks it would be foolish not to!). or matching it according to my NOC. I have My reference letter and my payslips but I am wondering if CIC will count that too. I have set the date as 2015 in my profile though(took the plunge). Am a I wrong in assuming that CIC would only have a problem if the reference letter/check said otherwise.
Also while creating my profile I notices that the education section does not have a finance and banking option, since my first degree was Bachelor's of Commerce, i chose the commerce option. For my Masters though (MSc Finance) I was a little confused and tried googling my way out but didn't find an suitable answers, so finally decided to go with Commerce as an option. would that be ok? or should I edit and choose "other" as an option. Confused on that bit too.
I am hoping you guys may have the answers to my predicament so please let me know what you think. Thanks for your input. Have a great day and Good luck to you all.
