My experience with Organisation A is 2 years and 9 months i.e. from July 2015 to March 2018.
And my experience with Organisation B is 8 months i.e. from April 2018 till now.
These two experiences have no gaps, not even of a single day. Even the NOC is same. But salary has changed. It has decreased.
So I want to ask what will be the duration of my work experience?
Can I count it as three years?
Or will I have to count it as two years only as it is not completely continuous?
I think the condition of continuity is for one year only, but I’m not sure. So can I add my recent experience of 8 months to make my total experience to make it three years or more?
Also can the decrease of salary cause a problem?
Anyone who has gone through the process with such experiences and has got PR or Eligibility Met, please help.
Please advise. It’s really urgent.
