Work experience duration

Can anyone please help me here.
I have an experience under 2171 code from 15th Apr 15 - 04 Apr 16 ( 11 days short of 1 year) and from 15 Apr 16 - till date (still working), so will my experience be counted as 3 years?? Technically I have completed my 3 years (15 Apr 15 - till date, with 11 days gap)
Does IRCC count number of days to determine experience duration?

Work experience is always calculated with number of days. Your first experience is only 11 months, even if it short by 1 day. For me, it was 9 days. Use the following link to calculate,

Thanks, but according to this link it says 1 year of experience.
If i consider that it was 11 months of experience with my first company and now suppose i have 2 y 1 m experience with my other company, will it combine be considered as 3 yrs of experience? Thanks for your help.

Yes, if you have 2y 1 m in the current experience, it becomes 3 y in total.

Till what date they calculate the experience duration? Suppose i get ITA on 1st May 2018, and I submit my application along with all required documents on 1st July 2018 so my experience will be calculated till 1st May or 1st July?

if one have worked in an organisation for 1 year,ten months and then it was continued without salary.Will experience will be counted for whole the time or only salaried period?

It will count continuously, if it is your current job.
