Work Experience Doubt!

My friend's work ex is from 1st Jan 2015 to 31 Dec 2015. So it should be counted as 1 year but when we put it in the profile it counts it as 11 months. What to do? Any leads are welcome!!

Did you just mean 1-Jan-2015 till 31-Dec-2015 or 31-Dec-2016 ???

Sorry my bad... it is 31 dec 2015... when we fill jan to dec, it says only 11 months! now what to do with that....

If it's under CEC then you need to meet 1560 hours for them to consider as a year. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=664&top=29
