work experience documents for student visa

Hi , I have been working with my uncle since 2009 after I finished my H.S.C .
I have handled his resort since then but I was never paid as in I was given money as i required it for my personal use not on salary or counted as staff.
Im going to apply for my student visa but im confused what documents should I provide with regards to my work experience. >:(
Please help me with the information.
I am going in for a Hotel management diploma Program in UBC.
 
You can request for a letter of employment from your uncle. I only submitted my certificate of employment and I did not able to submit my pay slip.

Well, all you need is an Experience certificate. In which you will describe your job, position, {salary}, date of joining and leaving, reason for leaving.
I used to work for my uncle and i had submitted only work experience certificate (without any pay stubs).
