Work experience confusion in ITA

Dear All,

I have over 5 years of professional experience. However, I understand that candidates with 3 years or more get the same score. At this point given the uncertainties due to COVID, I would not want to inform my employer at this stage that I am looking to reloca/te as I have not made up my mind yet. Do we need to list all work experiences or we just need to include ones for which we can get the employer letter to show as evidence.

In my case, I worked in the following two organizations
1. Company A (2013-2017) 3.5 years of work experience
2. Company B (2018-present) - 2 years of experience

Can I skip mentioning about my current employer, company B in the ITA profile and tell about at later stage in the personal history as salary from Company B will be the proof of source for my financial assets.

Many thanks!

Yes, as long as the work experience was in the last decade it doesn't need to be current for you to count it. As your time with company A was over 3 years there are no points benefits for getting a letter from company B.
