Work Experience Calculation. URGENT!

Hey guys,

I am looking for an insight on on how the work experience is calculated in the express entry.

I currently have 2 years and few months skilled work experience in Canada. I am still working.

In the CRS tool- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
I have put 2 years.

However as I am filling up my application-

My Primary NOC (2171) is only for 1 year and 1 month or so.
However my current NOC is 2282


So my question is - was I right to put in 2 years for my skilled work experience?

Yes. You can have 10 different NOCs, as long as those NOCs are skilled job it will be counted.

Thank you so much for the reply. I worked in the university as a student assistant and got paid while I studied in the univerisity- Should I list that under the work experience?

During my study- I held an off campus work permit(Case Type- 24) where I worked for 20 hours a week. Should I list that under the work experience as well?

OR Does work experience count only when you have graduated and hold a PGWP?

Please advice. Thank you alot
