WORK EXPERIENCE. APPLICATIONS

Hi everyone,

I am really in need of a suggestion regarding an application for my Post Graduate Work Permit. This question is not related to the Express Entry directly, but it will definitely affect my future application for it.

So, I am an international student who recently graduated from a college in Toronto. Right now I have to apply for a work permit and then I am thinking about applying for Express Entry under Federal Skilled Worker program as I have 1 year work experience as a manager backhome.

The problem is that I didn't indicate this experience anywhere in my previous application (neither for my Visitor Visa, nor Studevt Visa/StudentPermit), because I was told to fill the "employment" section with my education.
Would it be a problem in the future or now if I put this 1 year experience for my Post Graduation Work Permit?
Will the express entry accept it in the future?

In theory this can be considered misinterpretation, however, I would say if a proper LOE will be provided - it should not cause any major issues.

Can you confirm you have paid taxes and worked legally?

Yes, i worked legally and taxes were also paid!

Do you think I have to attach the letter of explanation to Post Graduate Work permit application or later when it will be questioned?
