Work experience and NOC

Hi,

I am qualified for skilled worker programme but then I got two doubts:

1. I am a B.com (qualified) and a chartered accountant student (left with Final second group). Do I qualify for NOC 1111 (Financial auditors and accountants)? The description in the NOC for that category mentions CA student too but I am not sure if its fine or can I apply under that category only after my CA is done. If I cannot apply under 1111, Can you suggest under which NOC I need to put my profile.

2. I have 3 years internship experience in a CA firm and currently working in one of the big 4's for 2 years. I have all relevant audit experience required for NOC 1111. But I have a doubt, does my internship experience in a CA firm count? I am confused because in work experience section it mentions full time or part time JOB which means internship would not be counted (as internship would not usually count as job). But at other place it mentions voluntary work or unpaid internships do not count. My internship is paid, and I have a job responsibility letter stating that (its paid internship), so can I keep my internship as my work experience in the application?

If your internship was paid , i guess it should work and count, if you can give them the payslips and offer letter.

I have a joining and termination contract with the company I worked with. It mentions that my work is paid. But can I actually include my apprenticeship term as my work experience? I am not sure because the application for PR says do not add experience related to apprenticeship.

If it is paid it it will work hopefully, to show the payment get the bank statements or the salary slips.
