He completed his bachelor's from foreign university on Jan2015. The course was from 2004-08. The delay was due to back-papers. He has been working from 2009 onwards. Not code of his job till 2015 states that he needs a college education, which the college has certified that he has completed education on said dates. His box code from 2015, since the time he passed, states he need to have an engineering degree.
Our doubt is how much work experience will be calculated.
