Hi there!
Could someone please give me an advice on work experience?
My husband is going to be the main applicant.
He is Latvian and his Australian education is:
a bachelor degree, an Honours in Philosophy and was granted a scholarship to do PhD in Philosophy which he finished 2 years ago. During his studies he was working as a tutor and a lecturer at 4 Australian Universities for 7 years (actually, it’s ongoing), also publishes his articles in a few international journals. However, in Au there is no chance to get even 20 hours per week tutoring/lecturing. His average is around 200 hours per year tutoring/lecturing, provided by the same universities and they give him amazing feedbacks. He also does marking student’s essays.
The question is: how would we count his experience? And if he was on the scholarship, is the research work considered as work or study?
And I guess 4012 is the best option, correct?
Sorry, so many words.
Many thanks!
Marina
