My Work Ex letter does not have any mention of the weekly hours but does mention it is a full time job.
DO I need to upload any supporting document that mentions the Hours/Week such as Paystubs etc?

Yes, do your best to provide them the info they ask for. if you have any document the shows the # of hours worked, send it.

Hi,
Please help I got a reference letter from my company stating rank and tenure and full time .My company has denied giving me job duties and hours of work ,they saId we are following mlc rest of hour we cant give
For salary can i show my salary slip and bonus reward pdf i got from company
My company is bp but payslips are from singapore

For job duties i have downloaded pdf format of duties for my rank via fleet safety managment system and letter from chief engineer with his and ship stamp stating my duties and hours of work per week onboard will.it work
