Hi,
I had started working in the field of IT, in August 2014. My express entry profile is ready, but the score for 2 years work ex came out to be 413 in CRS and with 3 years work ex came out to be 438. Now, I want to know if I should submit my profile now or later? I mean does the CRS score increase dynamically? or it is calculated at the time of submission and stay as is for 1 whole year?

Also, if it is static and stays as is, should I submit around august 10 to get full 3 years credit, or in september?(Since during the profile completion they just ask us the month and year of starting the job.)
I know it is really stupid to ask such a question, but I just want to be sure, before I proceed.

I suggest that you create your profile with current experience. Considering the CRS trend, chances are you will get the ITA with current score i.e. 413. However, if that doesn't happen you can always update your profile post you complete 3 years of experience.

The system will ask you the start date and you will have to check (as in check box) that it is your current job. System should automatically update your score. Having said that, you may like to revisit your profile and check it again....

Thanks for the quick response!
So, the score get updated automatically, if I do not get it in this draw, right?
Really appreciate your reply.

It should update your score... but given the nature of tool, it doesn't behave the way it should, in that case you can always update your experience after 10th August in your profile manually...

This is something you will have do on your own.. because the best person who can judge your professional experience is you... You may search thoroughly before finalizing a NOC

Yes you can... once you create your profile you become eligible for PNP... and may be invited under PNP program... however, with 413, I guess you can easily get open ITA....

submit profile as in?? can you please elaborate...

If you have create EE profile (before ITA) and submitted it in to the pool, then its ok... wait for the draw till you are invited...

In case you are invite before you complete 3 years of experience, you can apply with your current status (i.e. less than 3 years of experience)... or if you didnt get any invite till August, you can make changes to your profile in August and submit the changes again and be eligible for draw with greater score.....
