I hope someone can offer me with advice regarding this.
I have been working as a Web project manager for the past three years and my job duties were mainly working as a project manager for website development projects. Basically I would chat with the client and get their specifications and then work with the development team.
I have been searching the internet to find the closest NOC code and it seems NOC 1221 is used for Non technical project managers, and since I don't do any programming or any other heavy IT related work I guess my work as a website project manager would be considered a non technical project manager. Please look at my job duties and let me know if it's okay?

- Conducted project kick-off meetings, defined project objectives and scope, tracked risks, assumptions, and managed detailed project schedules.
- Effectively communicated project scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
- Defined clear targets and objectives and communicated them to the team of Software developers, project coordinators and QA testers.
- Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software
- Conducted and documented weekly project status report for the key stakeholders.
- Working with the development team and the billing team to create quotes for the client in relation to tasks that are outside of the project scope
