Hi Evereyone,
I am in a big time confusion of where to persue my Msc. in Pharmacology. I mailed many canadain Universities but my Aggregate % is a bit less. My aim was to get into a canadain university then Apply for PR and Settle there. I have a less chances of getting into any university in canada so i had a second thought in my mind of doing Msc. in a UK university. ???

1)Will I get a job in canada after that?

2)Or for better chances, should i do a PGD course in canada rather doing Msc. in UK?

3)Or should i Persue my Msc. in UK then again go for a back to back PGD course in canada and then hope for the best?

I wanted to Settle in canada But i think my chances are fading.
Please can anyone help. Any suggestion will do.

Employers in Canada are big on Canadian experience and canadian education, so it would be in your best interests to go with route # 2.

Otherwise you will need to get an employer to hire you and get a LMO to get a work permit or qualify for another immigration schene on www.cic.gc.ca

OK Thankyou both of you..i really appreciate your response :). I looked up for more colleges in canada and i ended on humber's college. Can you guys fill me with something about how is the enviornment and how is the college all about? Im willing to apply for Clinical research or Regulatory affairs over there. Does that certificate have any scope of getting job in canada? because i really want to be in the research thing.

Masters is always preferable when you are interested in the research field. There is Msc in Biological Science at university of Windsor. Do have a look if your interested

Actually my % are very low because of my 1st and 2 nd year.
1st - 50%
2nd - 56%
3rd - 66%
4th - currently studying

So this the sad part coz i cant make it 65% as an aggrrgate of all the year as i have to score 90% in the last two sems in the fourth year and thats impossible to get in a course like pharmacy.
