My cousin has a masters degree now but it took her 5 years to finish that degree, the way the system works in Europe is with exams. You do not really have to attend class, it is a totally different system. She only had a couple of difficult classes she could not pass in the last 2 years so she was testing over and over again (you only pay once for the class and you can test out 6 times total,once every semester, you do not have to attend class again like it is in America or assume Canada where if you fail you have to do the coursework again and show up to class. In the mean time she was working during those 5 years while still technically was a master student. After getting her masters she got promoted in the same line of work. Will her 5 years work experience while she still was a student count?
