Without Letterhead Reference Letter

Hey everyone,

I have this issue: My company Hr department won't give me letter stating "Roles & Duties",they just give simple reference letter. But I can get one from my Marketing Manager (as I am retail store manager), stating everything we need in reference letter but it "won't be on letterhead then", but will contain all his info. I also have t4 & paystubs.

Please suggest on this, I will be grateful.

If he can attach a business card, the two letters together, along with your supporting documents, should be fine.

Can please someone tell me whether:-
a. Job experience
b. Roles and Responsibilities

a & b can be on different letterheads of same company? Like Job experience can be given by HR and Roles & Respbl by my senior. Also whether company stamped pay slips can work as all these three things seem bit difficult to get on the same letterhead.

Yes they can be on different letter heads. No problem with that. HR will normally give a letter with employment details (Joining date, title passport etc etc). The roles and responsibilities could be given by immediate supervisor, manager, director on a different letter head. HR could mention salary on the same letter or just an additional document specifying your monthly salary would work fine.

Make sure to get this in writing from the HR that they dont issue any such information on company's letterhead. This proves that you tried .
