I am a bc pnp applicant, my work permit got expired as well as my contract. the immigration has given me a 90days period to restore my status and to get a valid work permit. the immigration officer advice me to immidiately stop working untill i get my status restored. thats my situation and my question is.. if i apply for my employment insurance wouold that effect my application of pnp? need an urgent answer and advice. thanks

i don't think you have right to apply for employment insurance but if so there is the probality that it would definately affect your application on the long ran.Advice go get a job.
