Withdrew my old profile by mistake,need to re enter the pool

Guys i need some urgent help. I somehow deleted my old profile. When I try to make a new profile with a new gckey, it wont let me save my citizenship country in the first form. It says complete form but i cnt do nothing with it. It keeps adding rows without greying out the country i am citizen of. Is it a glitch or do i have to call cic for this ? Please help
