Withdrawn PGWP, received refund, but online status is still open?? :o

Hello. I've withdrawn my PGWP and received the refund in full from CIC, but my online application status is still open as opposed to closed. Anyone know why? Is it just a glitch from the CIC side or should I be worried about this and contact CIC immediately?

hey, so did you apply and in the mean time got your COPR? and then you withdrawed it? Do you know when you applied and how long after you withdrew?

hey, it's been like 6 months now... I submitted my withdrawal in August '15 and got a refund in November '15. I thought everything was taken care of by CIC, but todayI logged into my account and found my application status is still open... do you know why? Help please
