Hello,

I am currently doing a PhD program for 1 years in ON. I want to withdrawn the program then do a Master degree (without gap) in Saskatchewan.
My study permit show that 1) Must be in attendance at a university approved pursuant to the immigration regulations. 2) Must actively pursue studies at a designated learning institution.

Will I have any problem in my study permit?

Thank you very much.

If you are moving for immigration purposes, then don't withdraw from PhD. You will get a PR directly after PhD.

Also, there have been no single case for any inland applicant's study permit refusal. Just apply for the other study permit, with a good explanation letter.
