My family (Wife & 4 Children) living in canada while my PR card has expired in Sep 2008, and due to residency Obligation it was not reneued and I came back at my JOB, Here I ahve applied for Travel Doc which was also refused than I did Apeal and about 8 months Passed no answer from there So I sent request for withdrawl of apeal.
Now the question is that
Can I get the Visit Visa to meet my family.
Can my wife reapply for my Immigration.
