Withdrawing Express entry profile and submitting a new one

Hi,

I started my job in canada on Aug 26, 2014. I submitted Express entry profile on Aug 22, 2015. I was wondering if this is a problem as my one year would be completed on Aug 25, 2015. I have not received an ITA yet. Should I keep my current profile or should I withdraw and submit a new one? If I withdraw my profile and submit a new one will I have to register for the job bank again? or should I great a new GC Key and do the process all over again?

Please advise.

Nothing wrong with this. The system would've automatically granted you eligibility and any ITA you receive after 8/26 is valid.

Thanks for the reply Asivad Anac. So CIC checks if I complete my one year when they issue ITA? And I don't need to withdraw my profile then?

The actual 'human' check happens only after you submit the documents post ITA. For now, the system would check against preset regulations and deem you (in)eligible accordingly.
