Withdrawal or Cancellation of Study permit Application

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell if I can Cancel or withdraw my Study permit application under Non-SDS category so that I can apply again under SDS category. I have already submitted my application but now I want to cancel or withdraw my application and re-apply again under SDS category.
Is it possible? If yes, what is the procedure?
