after getting studnet visa, due to some reason if we don't want to go canada then can we get our money back from scotia bank ? if yes, what is the procedure ? do they deduct some amount of money? what we should inform to cic for that if visa has been stamped already?

I have seen your posts a lot regarding refund. You sure can get a refund for the fee and GIC. There will be deductions but you can get it back. Write an email to Scotia bank explaining your situation.
