Withdrawal of spouse information

Hi Everyone,

Do you guys know what to do if my spouse does not want to immigrate anymore, and therefore wants her information withdraw from my application for fsw?
I want to continue with the application that was already sent to cio sydney.

PS Perhaps need to ask for a refund of her application fee as well, right? Any idea how? Thanks again.

you have to give valid reason why your spouse does not want to be included now... since you have included in application earlier..

no idea, if they will refund the fees bcoz once CIO approved it means processing fees is gone ( i may not be sure for this)
